Here comes the last part of the AFC Trip Gamma Year 2nd Trimester, ~Teluk Intan~

I am already starting to miss those moments. Sigh. Happy moments do fly by. So here's what I got to say before showing you the photos. Bringing my coursemates especially AFC gang back to my hometown is really really WEIRD. Hard to describe how weird it is. It's kind of complicated. Never drive around and walk around town with people who doesn't know Teluk Intan at all. Furthermore, they make me feel like I am a tourist as well. Haha. Oh ya.. According to AFC member, they said once we arrived in Teluk Intan, I "transformed" into another person. How is that? Not telling you here. Ask them if you wanted to know. Hehe.

Landmark of Teluk Intan. The Leaning Clock Tower. Nightview.

Sungai Nibong Char Keow Teow. What's with the triangular shape? Okay.. that was "tapao"ed one hour ago.

Chee Cheong Fun. Need further explaination? =p

Loh Shu Fun. Noodle and fishball is 100% hand made. Nice!

Lawatan sambil belajar ke Kilang Papan. Oh ya. Alex is the new member in Teluk Intan.

Erm.. That's a KAYU BALAK.. and KAYU. What do you expect me to tell you? =p

The only pokok that I can climb without trouble. =p

This is what you can see from my position just now. The river is just behind.

I can't think of what to write for this photo. Feeling blank.

Daytime view. Can you see how senget it is now?

Tour guide : Kok wai tuen yao.. This is bla bla bla..
The interior of the clock tower.

Daddy bring daughter go clock tower.

Winson, we missed you!

This photo somehow look nicer than the usual frontal view. Do you think so?

One and only full team photo. What I can say is... Total Random.

The usual "We are in Prison" pose..

It's Thursday. Black colour shirt day.. ^.^

You know what? Alex & ChiewShi really looks like one of those advertisement whereby a boy and a girl wishes you "Gong Xi Fa Cai". Alex in red really gives me the CNY feel. And me being in the photo is really "extra". Hehe.

Siapa lebih senget? Hehe.

Pose Condong di Menara Condong. C A N T I K ! ! !

.gif file Don't understand? Never mind. Hehe

Girlie and ShinYi.

Well, that's the end of our fantastic and fun-and-laughter-filled trip. Definitely one of the best trip I had ever been to. Cameron Highlands turned out to be better than I thought even without much prepartion prior the trip. Being the national tour guide is really not an easy task. My first experience in fact. AFC members : I pass right? ^.^ Thanks to ChiewShi for the ride, ShiYun, ChitPei for the photos, and ShinYi for cheering us during noon times. It's been a very N I C E memories. Hehe. Looking forward to 1/2/2009. This is going to be the first time I am so eager to go back MMU. =p

~Signing off with love from Teluk Intan~

Aah.. after a relaxing Cameron trip, AFC gang continue their journey north to Ipoh.. Cold breezy weather turned into hot sunny weather. Well that's what I thought at first. Was greeted with HEAVY rain upon arrival in Ipoh. N I C E job GOD!!! Got lost THREE times (due to the rain and me being noob) but then still manage to reach Jackie's house without any problem. As KokHong always said, "Ipoh very small only. However drive also can reach our destination de.." Hehe.

There are additional of two members, Jackie and Melissa to our Ipoh trip. Oh ya.. Two more guys who I don't know their names as well. Hehe.

Dinner : Ayam Tauge. A must eat if you are in Ipoh.

Old Train Station.
Still being used by KTM for domestic and international freights. There is also a hotel in that place.

Super cool ANTIQUE lift which no ones know how to operate, initially. Then AFC gang decided to play with it and successfully use it!! Wee!!!

After the visit, we went for a walk at the Pasar Malam. Well.. Usually pasar malam stuff. Nothing special except for the TAUHU BUSUK. Haha. Bought Taiwan and Hong Kong Stinky Beancurd. Can't really tell the difference between them. All I know is that they are STINKY!!! But then.. I kinda like it. Haha. Always get estatic whenever I smell the stinky aroma.

Next stop.. Yumcha at Sungai Kinta. It was a new hang-out place in Ipoh. Quite a nice place to yumcha. Plus.. It is cheap! Very much cheaper than the stupid Old Town Kopitiam. Chatted until around 1130pm before going back to Jackie's house. Slept at around 1am.
SuPeR dUpEr TiRe..
End of the Day

The Next Day
Breakfast : DimSum. Nicer than the one is Sri Petaling. Yummy.

Sam Poh Tong. The first cave of the day.

Tortoise!!! They are so cute. Came in all sizes and ages. 2 aunties were seen cleaning the cage. Rare opportunity. ChiewShi and me did enjoy standing there watching the tortoises. Weird..

Wo wo. The doggie who came to me on its own so I took a photo with him. All dogs there are very friendly. My first time ever taking a photo with stray dogs. Nice & cool!

1 2 3 4 5 6.. Ceh.. Still short of one wife. =p [Joking]

Weird photo right? Weird angles.. Weird pose.. Ahh!! It's just weird.

Sun Wu Kong.. I am the champion of pattern right? Hehe.

KokHong (Pig) Vs ChitPei (Monkey) Okay.. I admit defeat.. Ni ying liao lo.. T.T

2 5. End of comment! >.<

Wowo.. Go bite the two 2 5 girls!!!

Taking photo with ChiewShi's car. Thank you Proton for fulfilling many of our dreams!!!

Kellie's Castle. If you need further info, try Google. =p

The main entrance to the Castle. Not as grand as I thought.

Side view of the castle..

Look closely. It is the head of a BEAR. Complete with a nose, eyes and mouth. Amazing or Creepy?

AFC BOLEH!!!

Another thing for you to look closely. The red circled cloud really looks like a bear. Now it starts to get creepy. Kellie's Castle is infamous for its "ghost" stories after all..

At the rooftop.

2nd cave of the day. Kek Lok Tong.

Really nice piece of art of nature. It's amazing how beautiful nature can be.

It's like a total different world.. Heaven..

A last group photo.. Kind of a short trip..

Dinner. A simple home-cook style dishes.

Drop by Utar at Kampar. Acted as if we students there. Hehe.

Last stop : Teluk Intan.
